A nice tasty treat was the last thing I got from Reading Terminal Market. Although I was not able to get it straight out of the oven, it was still delicious and tasted very homemade. The chocolate and peanut butter was very chunky and thick and tasted very good with the saltiness of the pretzels.

Cindy And I were on a rampage at Reading Terminal Market trying to eat and try as much food as possible. We decided to try the Strawberry Nutella Crepe from Profi’s Creperie.

The strawberries could have been a little bit more riper but how could you go wrong on desert when nutella is involved. Spread nutella on a piece of cardboard and I will eat it!

I could happily say that I ate DiNic’s Roast Pork Sandwich. It took forever for the food to get into my hands and into my stomach, but, I could say that it was worth it. I ordered my sandwich with sharp provolone cheese and roasted peppers. The roasted peppers gave it a very nice heat factor.

The sandwich is basically meat on a roll. The meat is very nicely cooked with a lot of juices running rampant once you take the first bite. The provolone cheese kept the sandwich together and the roasted peppers gave it a nice kick.

You do not need me to tell you to go try it.

My first meal at Reading Terminal Market and what a treat it was. It was our first time there and we were bombarded with vendors everywhere. I seriously had a headache not knowing where to go and what to eat. We decided on  Beck’s Cajun Cafe and it was a nice introduction to Reading Terminal Market.

We ordered the jambalaya and the bread pudding. The jambalaya was delicious. The rice was perfectly cooked and so was the chicken, shrimp, and sausages that were in the mixture. the sauce was a thick tomato based sauce that melded everything together very well.

The bread pudding was also very good. The outside crust had a harder bread shell and the inside was gooey and wonderfully sweet.

Although not many people talk about Beck’s Cajun Cafe when talking about the Reading Terminal Market, I highly recommend it.
