My mother, sisters, and I always used to make fruit milkshakes and smoothies when we were younger. I remember writing down the recipes in my 6th grade Home Ec. class. There are tons of recipes you can find online! It’s quick and quite simple.

Our fruit milkshakes consisted of: strawberries, bananas, kiwis, milk, and a dash of honey. We added more strawberries to the blender to make it sweeter. It’s fun to experiment. 🙂
