For 20+ years of being a mother, my mother sure knows how to whip up anything in the kitchen that screams out, “eat me.” Unlike her daughter, I for one, cannot cook a descent meal no matter how hard i try. today, she created this dessert made of fresh mangoes, mango nectar, unflavored gelatin, heavy cream, tapioca pearls, etc. after combining the ingredients together, she placed it in the fridge for 5-6 hours.

Without hesitation, I placed the first bite in my mouth. The texture is just like jello and it tasted absolutely scrumptious and mango-licious! 🙂
